Shipping Rate
We offer a flat international shipping rate of USD $9.99 for all eligible orders.
This rate applies regardless of destination, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During pre-order periods, your order will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch timeline shown on the product page or checkout page.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Pre-Order Shipping
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item is not ready to ship immediately and will be dispatched once inventory becomes available.
If there are significant delays, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
KRYO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
KRYO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at support@trykryo.com.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking details and contact the courier for the latest update.
If your order appears to be lost, contact us at support@trykryo.com and we will assist with the courier investigation.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping countries will be shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently support shipping to your location.
